I’ve been a technophile since the days of the Commodore 64, Apple IIe, Windows 3.1, and C programming. One might say I’ve grown up alongside technology, learning how it works in ways that are no longer taught in school. For over 8 years, I’ve had the privilege of leveraging my unique knowledge in service of organizations in the social services vertical where I’ve experienced being both a provider of technical support, and a customer of technical support.
