Our founder has provided this type of service as an employee and as a contractor for over the past 10 years and is well versed in navigating product/ service selection, process improvement, and helpdesk support. Tech Ops Review
At a frequency of your choosing we will meet to listen to your ideas and needs as well as discuss your business from a tech ops perspective identifying what is going well, what isn’t, and opportunities for growth. We’ve heard that some providers use this as an opportunity to get you to spend more money, but that is not our goal. If additional money must be spent, it is presented with the full confidence that the suggestion is in the best interest of your business and aside from doing our due diligence regarding potential negative consequences, we will respect “no” as an answer. We have no “overcoming the no” scripts in this scenario and abhor them ourselves!
How Does This Work?
Great question! Our goal for this service is to make the service feel as close to a staffed role/ department within your business. At minimum, we will provide you with a link to a special portal where you will be able to submit work or helpdesk requests (tickets), schedule a meeting with, or instantly chat with us. Depending on your chosen communication platforms, additional options may be available.
Outside of any formal work or help requests, we will also be working on the monitoring and maintenance of your tech stack and operation where applicable.
Even though you will be sharing us with other clients, rest assured that we have a growth plan in place to bring on additional support staff as we grow and do not plan to take on any additional clients beyond our current capacity.

We are excited to offer your business a special soft-opening rate that starts at $2,500.00/mo or $27,000.00/year if billed annually for a 12 month commitment.

Are you HIPAA Compliant?
We have worked with clients in the past with a BAA in place, and understand what is required to have access to and manage data that includes protected information. We are willing to follow any policies your business requires to ensure that as your service provider, you remain in compliance with HIPAA.
Would you provide your services to our competitors?
Yes. However, by default anything that is related to your brand, culture, and unique take on the products and services you provide are considered yours and yours alone. If there is anything specific that you feel may not be covered by that defintion, we encourage our clients to bring them to our attention so that we can ensure proper compartmentalization. You worked hard to bring your vision to life and we want to protect that!
Will you save us money?
That depends on what you mean by “save”. We prefer the term “protect”, which leads to saving you from financial losses. With so many options available on the market today to serve your operational needs, combined with the investment of time for onboarding, training, and deployment, improper vetting can lead to pretty serious losses. Our goal for your investment in us, and any subsequent technologies we recommend is that it will come with increased efficiency, an ability to support a higher volume, and an increased margin.
Is my data secure with you?
Yes, we take great care to ensure that your data is secure. You will learn more about our confidentiality policies in your service agreement when you decide to enlist our services.
