For organizations using this feature (which we highly recommend), we can set up reports that reduce the administrative efforts required to compile spreadsheets or generate manual reports that localities and stakeholders may require.

Org Focused Training & Reference Materials

eR can be a complicated system to navigate, and their knowledge base can help demonstrate how their system functions but it can’t provide insights into how your system was customized to meet your specific needs. As we provide support and customize your documentation, we provide reference materials that your team can use to manage their cases autonomously with confidence.
